Thank you for your care to Bill while he was a resident. You went beyond to make sure he was looked after. In the last 3 months of his life, my family were treated like they were royalty. We were served meals, snacks, tea, coffee, even a place to sleep. All of these were very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

I just want to say how much we appreciate all that you good people do for our family member and all the rest of the care you provide at Saugeen.

We think you do a wonderful job and say “Thank you” so much.

I want you to know how much your care and kindess while looking after my Aunt meant to me. It took such a burden from my shoulders. I could not have asked for better care for her. Your professional and personal kindess will always stay with me.

Thank you for everything you have done to make Mom’s stay very enjoyable. We appreciate the staff for all your thoughtful ways, kinds words. We will miss each and everyone of you. I hope Mom’s next home will be just like this one. We are moving her so she is closer to us. You all should be proud of the work you do.

We will be forever grateful to all of you for the care and compassion given to our Mother. Thank you also for the little Christmas dove which I hung on my tress and the donation on her behalf to Hospice Wellington.

We would like you to know that the staff did a wonderful job with the care of our mother, especially in the last days. It was very much appreciated.

My family and I feel that Mom was in the best care. Mom only had good things to say about everyone & that she was very content here. You’re all special people and thank you for being so good to Mom. I miss her very, very much and still find it too difficult to go to the Home and thank you in person. Merry Christmas & hope you all have a very happy and healthy year ahead.
